Role Description

The Brand Representative is a full time, on-site role. This role combines brand representation, showroom sales, customer assistance, product selection guidance, and customer relationship building.

The Brand Representative will welcome and assist customers,



understand their preferences and requirements, guide them in selecting the right shirts and other apparel, explain product features such as fabric, fit, style, and comfort, and create a positive shopping experience.

The role also includes supporting showroom presentation, maintaining a professional appearance, contributing to sales goals, and representing the values of Navigator Casual Clothing with confidence and professionalism.

Candidates should be comfortable engaging with customers, learning about apparel and fashion, and working in a fast-paced showroom environment. This is an opportunity to grow with a 25+ year legacy company and a growing fashion brand.
