We are looking for a Customer Support Associate (Backend) to join our Steno Process in Jaipur.

Experience: 6+ months (Mandatory)

Location: Jaipur

Working Days: 5.5 days/week

Shifts: Rotational Shifts & Rotational Offs

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
- Handle customer queries and provide timely and accurate resolutions.
/n
- Manage backend support activities related to billing and invoicing.
/n
- Process and verify invoices, billing details, and related documentation.
/n
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and customer concerns.
/n
- Coordinate with internal teams for effective query resolution.
/n
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
/n
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and defined processes.
/n
- Meet assigned productivity, quality,



and turnaround-time targets.
/n

Eligibility & Requirements

/n

/n
- Graduate in any discipline.
/n
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in customer support/backend operations.
/n
- Billing & Invoicing experience is preferred.
/n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
/n
- Good understanding of billing and invoice-related processes.
/n
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with backend systems.
/n
- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
/n
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
/n
