We're Hiring | Executive Assistant to CEO – Business Partnering

We are looking for a highly proactive, organized, and business-minded Executive Assistant to the CEO who can operate as a trusted partner and strategic enabler to the leadership team.

/n

This is more than a traditional Executive Assistant role. The ideal candidate will work closely with the CEO to manage priorities, drive follow-ups, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure key business initiatives move forward effectively.

Key Responsibilities

/n

• Act as a trusted business partner and key point of coordination for the CEO

/n

• Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, priorities, and executive commitments

/n

• Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing notes, reports, and meeting minutes

/n

• Track key decisions, action items, and follow-ups to ensure timely closure

/n

• Coordinate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams on strategic priorities

/n

• Proactively identify potential issues, dependencies, and areas requiring attention

/n





• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business and leadership information

/n

• Support the CEO in leadership meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions

/n

• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO

/n

• Monitor critical business priorities and provide timely updates

/n

• Ensure the right information reaches the right people at the right time

/n

• Represent the CEO professionally with internal and external stakeholders

/n

Requirements

/n

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

/n

• 5–10 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner, or similar role

/n

• Proven experience supporting CEOs, CXOs, or senior leadership

/n

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills

/n

• Solid business acumen and understanding of organizational priorities
