Medicine Orders लेना और confirm करना

Take and confirm medicine orders.

Customer Name, Mobile Number, Address और Medicine Details सही दर्ज करना

Maintain correct customer and order details.

WhatsApp और Website से आने वाले orders manage करना

Manage orders received through WhatsApp and website.

Courier booking, AWB/Tracking Number और parcel tracking करना

Handle courier booking, AWB/tracking numbers and parcel tracking.

Delivered, Pending और RTO parcels का follow-up करना

Follow up on delivered, pending and RTO parcels.

Packing और Billing Staff से coordination करना

Coordinate with packing and billing staff.

WhatsApp Groups में messages/post करना

Post messages in WhatsApp groups.

Basic Social Media और Website work करना

Handle basic social media and website-related work.





Excel / Google Sheets में daily records maintain करना

Maintain daily records in Excel/Google Sheets.

Required Skills / आवश्यक योग्यता:

Valuable Communication Skills / अच्छी बातचीत करने की क्षमता

Basic Computer Knowledge / बेसिक कंप्यूटर नॉलेज

WhatsApp Business का ज्ञान

Experience / अनुभव:
