We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and trustworthy Hotel Caretaker / Property Manager to stay on-site and manage our hotel property during the night hours. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the hospitality industry, excellent customer handling skills, and a clean track record.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the hotel property during the night shift from 6:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and walk-in inquiries professionally.

Ensure the safety, security, and cleanliness of the property overnight.

Provide excellent hospitality and ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

Manage and drive direct bookings for the hotel.

Requirements:

Experience: Prior experience in hotel management, guest house handling, or hospitality is highly preferred.

Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills.

Habits:



We strictly prefer candidates with clean habits (non-smoker/non-drinker preferred).

Must be responsible, honest, and capable of handling night operations independently.

Salary & Perks:

Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 per month.

Performance Bonus: Extra ₹2,000 bonus for achieving 10 direct bookings.

Accommodation: Free stay-in accommodation provided on the property.

Family Friendly: Candidates can stay with their family on the property.
