We are looking for an experienced and skilled Cook for our café in Tezpur.
REQUIRED SKILLS
The candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing:
Kolkata-style Chicken Biryani
Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani
Kolkata-style Chicken Kathi Roll
Chicken Kebabs / Tandoori-style items
Other Indian/Mughlai dishes will be an added advantage.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant cooking experience preferred
Must be able to prepare biryani independently with consistent taste and quality
Positive knowledge of marination, masala preparation, portion control and food hygiene
Must be honest, punctual, hardworking and well-mannered
Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow kitchen SOPs
Should be able to work efficiently during busy hours
Candidates with experience in restaurants, cafés,
cloud kitchens or hotels preferred
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparation of biryani, kathi rolls, kebabs and related items
Maintaining consistency in taste, quantity and presentation
Mise en place and kitchen preparation
Maintaining kitchen hygiene and cleanliness
Proper storage and handling of ingredients
Minimising food wastage
Following recipes, portion sizes and instructions
SALARY
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skill.
Salary is negotiable for an exceptionally skilled cook.
Location: Tezpur, Assam
