We are looking for skilled and passionate Chefs de Partie (CDP) to join our professional culinary team.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and present food according to hotel standards and recipes.

* Maintain consistent quality, taste, presentation and portion control.

* Manage the assigned kitchen section efficiently.

* Ensure proper mise en place and smooth kitchen operations.

* Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation and food safety.

* Monitor food storage, wastage and inventory in the assigned section.

* Coordinate effectively with Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine and other kitchen team members.





* Train and guide Commis Chefs and junior kitchen staff when required.

* Follow HACCP, food safety and hotel SOP standards.

Candidate Profile

* Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in a hotel or reputed restaurant.

* Experience in a 4-star/5-star hotel will be an advantage.

* Strong knowledge of the respective cuisine/section.

* Good communication and teamwork skills.

* Ability to work under pressure in a professional kitchen environment.

* Candidates with relevant hotel management / culinary qualifications preferred.
