We are looking for an experienced and responsible Paint Shop Manager to manage daily operations of our paint shop. The candidate will oversee staff, manage inventory, assist customers, and ensure smooth shop operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the paint shop
• Supervise staff and ensure effective workflow
• Handle paint mixing and colour matching for customers
• Manage stock, inventory, and supplier orders
• Ensure shop cleanliness and safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service and product guidance
• Maintain sales records and billing coordination
Requirements:
• Experience in paint shop, hardware store, or building materials business preferred
• Knowledge of paint brands, colour mixing, and finishes is an advantage
• Basic computer and billing knowledge
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Leadership and team management ability
Salary: As per experience

Qualification - Any graduation with minimum two year experience in similar field
