Job Summary

This hybrid role is for a developer with three to five years of experience in Adobe Marketo Engage Campaign Classic and Campaign Operations focused on building scalable marketing automation solutions for global clients in travel and hospitality and airlines domains optimizing customer journeys enabling data driven campaigns and supporting new product development while collaborating with cross functional teams in a day shift model without travel.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust marketing automation workflows using Adobe Marketo Engage to support complex global campaigns that drive measurable customer engagement and revenue growth for the organization and its clients in travel and hospitality and airline domains.
- Develop and configure Campaign Classic solutions including data flows and audience targeting logic to ensure accurate segmentation high deliverability and timely execution of multichannel campaigns aligned to business objectives.




- Build and maintain reusable campaign assets such as forms templates smart lists program blueprints and operational flows that streamline campaign operations and support rapid launch of current products and services in travel and hospitality portfolios.
- Optimize end to end campaign operations by analyzing performance metrics identifying bottlenecks and implementing process enhancements that improve throughput reduce errors and increase campaign return on investment for key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams across marketing product analytics and technology to translate business requirements into detailed technical designs that fully leverage Adobe Marketo Engage and Campaign Classic capabilities in a hybrid work model.
