Job Description
- Lead multiple fast-paced projects with short timelines, bringing cross-functional teams together to align priorities, drive execution, and manage change effectively. You will also be responsible for tracking progress, reporting key project outcomes and successes to leadership, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple projects across the customer journey including pre-sales, sales, onboarding, enablement, and education while ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration by building strong relationships across departments. Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Oversee creative task processing, streamlining workflows for faster turnaround and efficiency.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively across multiple workstreams, ensuring proper staffing and execution.
- Align project execution with business priorities to support long-term objectives.
- Track progress using dashboards, reports,



and project management tools to provide visibility to stakeholders.
