- Responsibilities :
- Lead end to end design and implementation of customer journey solutions using Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimiser to support large scale marketing and operations initiatives across regions.




- Oversee technical architecture decisions for AEP based solutions by defining integration patterns data flows and governance models that ensure reliability security and long term maintainability.
- Drive configuration and optimization of Adobe Journey Optimiser by creating sophisticated journey rules audience segments and decision strategies that improve engagement and conversion outcomes.
- Coordinate with product owners business stakeholders and supply chain operations teams to translate complex requirements into actionable technical designs and implementation roadmaps.
- Provide technical guidance to developers and analysts on best practices for data modeling identity resolution and event streaming in AEP environments to maintain consistency and performance.
- Manage code quality and release processes by enforcing robust review standards automated testing and deployment pipelines that support secure delivery in a hybrid work setting.
