- Perform daily recording of financial transactions in core accounting systems to maintain accurate ledgers and support timely internal and external financial reporting.
- Execute routine account reconciliations for cash balances receivables payables and accruals to ensure data integrity and reduce risk of misstatement in finance records.
- Prepare basic journal entries with appropriate documentation and rationale to support month end close activities and streamline audit and review processes.
- Assist with variance analysis between actuals and budgets by compiling financial data and preparing concise summaries that help business teams understand performance drivers.
- Support preparation of standard management reports and schedules for finance stakeholders enabling informed decisions on cost control investment and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams during night shifts to gather required financial information and resolve open queries ensuring uninterrupted global finance operations.
