Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security, and providing support to our users. This role is crucial to maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our network.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Implement security protocols to safeguard the network.
- Assist in network design and implementation of new technologies.
- Provide support to end-users regarding network-related issues.
- Document network configurations and changes.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS




- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-7 years of experience in network administration or a related role.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network protocols.
- Experience with firewall and security configurations.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
