- Talent Management Workforce Planning: Identify talent needs, succession planning, and career development initiatives to attract and retain top talent.




- Driving Engagement Retention: Design and implement initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience. Foster an inclusive and high-performing workplace. Analyze key workforce trends and prepare talent solutions to improve org effectiveness including identifying high-potential employees and work with the business leaders to develop career plans and provide them with the right opportunities.
- Performance Management: Implement and support performance review cycles, feedback mechanisms, and growth opportunities frameworks.
- Partnerships: Partners with COEs like HR Ops, Talent Management, TA, and Total Rewards teams to deliver different employee programs based on needs and plans.
- Employee Relations: Act as a mediator for conflict resolution, employee concerns, and workplace issues. Ensure fair and transparent resolution of people-related matters.
