As a Workday Integration – Senior Associate - Operate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering client-focused solutions within our Digital Core Modernisation network. You will leverage your skills in Workday Technology to support client engagements, focusing on application evolution services. This role is client-facing, allowing you to build meaningful connections and anticipate client needs, while navigating complex business scenarios.
As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to manage workstreams and develop deliverables. You will guide and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and maintaining professional standards. Your role involves analyzing complex concepts and interpreting feedback to inform insights and recommendations.
