- Zeno Health is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager / Store Business Owner to manage end-to-end retail pharmacy store operations.
- The role will be responsible for achieving store sales and RGM targets, managing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory and stock availability, driving team productivity, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy and company SOPs.
- The Store Manager will lead, coach and develop the store team, monitor attendance and performance, maintain store hygiene and grooming standards, support customer counselling and product recommendations, and ensure smooth opening and closing operations.
- The candidate should demonstrate solid ownership, leadership, commercial understanding, problem-solving ability and a customer-first approach.
- 2+ Years experience in Retail Pharmacy / Retail Operations, preferably with experience in team handling and store management.
