Role & responsibilities
- Drive Cattle Feed sales and achieve assigned monthly and annual targets.
- Develop and strengthen distributor, dealer and retailer networks within the assigned territory.
- Generate new leads, identify market opportunities and convert prospects into sales.
- Conduct regular market visits and ensure effective territory coverage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers and customers.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate product features, nutritional benefits and usage effectively.
- Monitor market demand, competitor activities, pricing and product movement.
- Ensure regular order generation, sales follow-up and collection coordination.
- Identify new markets and expand the company's Cattle Feed business.
- Maintain accurate sales, customer and market-visit records and submit timely reports.
- Work closely with the RSM to execute sales strategies and achieve business objectives.

Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate; qualification in Animal Husbandry, Animal Nutrition,



Veterinary Science or related field will be an advantage.
- Relevant experience in the Animal Feed/Cattle Feed Industry is mandatory.
- Solid practical knowledge of Cattle Feed, Animal Nutrition and Animal Husbandry.
- Proven experience in Cattle Feed sales, marketing, distribution or territory management.
- Strong understanding of the Cattle Feed market and distributor/dealer network.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
- Strong lead-generation, sales-conversion and business-development ability.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated and commercially focused.
- Comfortable with extensive field work and territory travel.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
