Core Responsibilities
- Patient care: Help patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and using the restroom.

- Leadership & mentoring: Guide, coach, and orient recent nursing assistants and support staff.
- Administrative tasks: Maintain accurate care records, audit documentation, and update patient charts.
- Team collaboration: Work with doctors and nurses to deliver safe, high-quality care.
