Kolhapur Zilha Dudh Utpadak Sangh (Gokul Dairy) is hiring Pilot Sales Representatives for multiple locations.

Hiring Locations:

Sangli, Miraj, Ichalkaranji, Solapur, Satara, Karad, Sindhudurg, Ratnagiri, Goa, Latur, Dharashiv Belgavi, Latur,Pune, Pimpari Chinchwad, Sambhaji Nagar, Mumbai City and Suburban area ,Nashik and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and retailers to ensure consistent demand for milk and dairy products.
- Appoint recent dealers and distributors within the territory
- Identify, onboard, and develop new retail outlets or pilot locations to expand market presence.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through active brand promotion and market development.

Daily Operations
- Submit daily field activity reports for performance tracking and analysis.
- Ensure product availability in assigned markets and manage collections and reconciliations.
- Conduct market analysis,



presentations, and client interactions to generate new business opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Local candidates will be preferred.
- Education : Any Graduate Required / MBA will be plus.
- Minimum 2 years work experience required in Sales/ Marketing of Dairy Product , Milk Products , Food Products.
- Candidate Should Have own two wheeler with driving license
- Basic Knowledge of FSSAI
- Experience in FMCG will be preferred

- Prior experience or knowledge of the dairy or FMCG sector is an advantage.
- Proficiency in local languages and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
