We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist / HR Business Partner to join our
growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead end-to-end HR
operations while acting as a trusted partner to business leaders in a dynamic,
rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
* Drive HR operations, employee documentation, and policy implementation
* Coordinate payroll, benefits administration, and full & final settlements
* Ensure statutory compliance and labour law adherence
* Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, performance management,
talent development, and employee engagement
* Support organizational changes and provide HR insights through reporting and
analytics
* Manage vend
