Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for 15+ client accounts
Ensure timely ESI, EPF, PT, and TDS payments and returns
Handle payroll reconciliations and employee queries
Implement payroll best practices
Liaise with statutory authorities
Requirements
Graduate/Post-graduate in Commerce or HR
6+ years in payroll and compliance
Expert knowledge of ESI, EPF, PT, and income tax deductions
Experience with GreytHR/Keka/Ramco
