You’ll be one of the first five writing it. We’re building the SDR engine at
Practice by Numbers from zero — first seats, first scripts, first records on the
board. If you want a job where your name is attached to the pipeline, this is

Practice by Numbers is the all-in-one growth platform for dental practices. Over
5,000 US providers run their day on us: AI that answers every call, analytics
that surface the revenue hiding in a schedule, and communication tools that keep
chairs full. We plug straight into the software practices already run on —
Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Eaglesoft, Open Dental and 10+ more — so they upgrade
without migrating.





The US dental market is enormous, fragmented, and still runs on the phone. That
is your opening.

The role

You own a defined book of dental practices and one mission: start conversations
that become demos. Phone, email, LinkedIn, Facebook — whatever gets a
decision-maker talking. You don’t close deals; you build the pipeline everything
else runs on. You’ll report to our Senior SDR Manager, and on a team of five,
everyone can see exactly what you built.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

* Prospect every single day. High-volume outbound across phone, email and
social to owners and office managers who need what we sell.
* Qualify hard, book real. Have actual conversations, pressure-test fit
against our ICP, and put quality meetings on AE calendars.
* Own your patch. Work your segment or PMS book cleanly — no double-touching,
no stepping on a teammate.
* Live in HubSpot. Log every call and touch the same day. If it isn’t in the
CRM,
