BuilditIndia is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Accountant/Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for managing our financial records, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring
accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. The Accountant/Finance Executive will
report to the Finance Manager and work closely with other departments to support
financial planning and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain and manage accurate financial records, including accounts
payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and analyse financial reports, including monthly statements, profit and
loss statements, and balance sheets.
Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and ensure compliance with
accounting and auditing standards.
Manage payroll processing, including salary disbursement, tax withholding, and
benefits administration.
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely
and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
Monitor cash flow and make recommendations for optimizing cash
management processes.
Assist with financial forecasting and budgeting processes, and provide
analytical support for decision-making.
Requirements :
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, with robust knowledge of
accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a track record of producing
error-free financial reports.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret
financial data and make informed recommendations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (such as QuickBooks or
Tally).
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other
departments.
Knowledge of tax laws and compliance regulations.
