Job Title: Talent Acquisition- Executive

Job Location: C-33, C Block, Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201309

Work Type: Work from Office

Leaves: EL+CL/SL+ National Holidays

Nearest Metro: Noida sector 59

Work Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Sat off)

Work Time: 09:00 AM- 06:00 PM (1hr flexible)

CTC: 3.60 LPA to 6.00 LPA

Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

- Should have team handling experience in Non IT Recruitment.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic assessments
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)




- Maintain candidate database and track hiring metrics
- Ensure timely closure of open positions and reporting

Eligibility Criteria:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Workspace)
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Willingness to learn recruitment tools and processes
