- 3 to 6 years of procurement, sourcing, or buying experience.
- Robust experience in sourcing, contracting, and commercial negotiations.
- Manage end-to-end sourcing activities for assigned categories.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers based on business requirements.
- Lead RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ) and supplier selection.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and service agreements to achieve cost savings.
- Draft, review, and execute contracts in collaboration with legal and internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders.
- Analyze spend data and identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Resolve supplier issues, escalations, and supply-related risks proactively
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different functions.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship management skills. Knowledge of procurement systems and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
