We are seeking a dynamic and detail - oriented professional for the role of Executive / Sr. Executive Ocean Import Export. The candidate will be responsible for handling ocean freight pricing, shipment bookings, and end - to - end operational activities for import and export shipments. The role requires strong coordination with shipping lines, overseas agents, customers, transporters, and CHA to ensure smooth shipment execution and timely cargo movement.

Key Responsibilities

- Procure freight rates and prepare competitive quotations for customers.
- Handle Ocean Import Export shipment operations and booking activities.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, co - loaders, overseas agents, and transporters for shipment execution.
- Arrange shipment bookings and ensure timely confirmations from shipping lines.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents such as BL, SI, DO, invoice, packing list, etc.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers.
- Coordinate with customers for shipment schedules, documentation, delivery status.
- Ensure accurate billing, invoicing,



and maintenance of shipment records.
- Follow up for shipment status, vessel schedules, and cargo movement.
- Maintain service quality and ensure timely resolution of customer queries.

Skills Required

- Knowledge of Ocean Freight Import Export Operations and Pricing.
- Experience in freight forwarding/logistics industry preferred.
- Good understanding of shipping documentation and Incoterms.
- Solid communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
