Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles
Daily 1012 candidate line-ups for Consumer Clients, Sales Promoters
Screening and shortlisting candidates
Close coordination with clients
Scheduling interviews and collecting feedback
Regular tracker updates
Client visits during interview drives
Active communication with candidates and clients
Achieving individual joining target of up to 35 PR
Client Exposure Required:
Retail, Consumers clients like LG, Haier, samsung , Voltas
FMCD clients
Retail Sales & FMCG/FMCD Sales hiring
Required Skills:
Robust sourcing and screening skills
Experience in bulk and lateral hiring
Good communication and follow-up skills
Target-oriented and result-driven approach
