• Good hands-on Knowledge of SQL, PLSQL.
• Good hands-on experience on Unix/Shell Scripting.
• Work closely with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Good Communication, Presentation and Client Facing Skills.
Valuable To Have:
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to supply chain management and JDA Blue Yonder technology.
• Configure and Support JDA Blue Yonder solutions including modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization and SCPO technology.
• Provide ongoing support for JDA Blue Yonder application, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and implement enhancements as needed.
• Good hands-on experience on Supply Chain Processes
• Experience in Pharmaceutical Supply Chain - Distribution business domain.
Responsibility/Expectations From the Role
1 Checking for the jobs are successfully started/completed.
2 Improve Applications Performance.
3 Checking daily logs, system status of JDA application.
4 Running the batch jobs.
5 Troubleshooting of failed jobs.
6 Resolving technical issues and provide technical suggestion/solution.
7 Restarting the JDA application as per the user request.
8 Onsite Offshore team coordination
