About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, tracking, analytics, and improving ROAS/CPA.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads (including Youtube Ads) and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage lead-generation campaigns for B2B and B2C audiences.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Monitor CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, and other performance metrics.
- Optimize campaigns to reduce cost per lead and improve lead quality.
- Create and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality and improve campaign performance.
- Identify new opportunities for customer acquisition and lead generation.
- Stay updated with the latest changes in Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics, tracking, and digital marketing trends.




- Required SkillsMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Positive understanding of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to understand and optimize campaign performance based on data.
- Good knowledge of landing-page optimization and conversion funnels.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance.

Preferred CandidateCandidates with experience in real estate, luxury products, interiors, building materials, marble, tiles, granite, home improvement, or other high-value products/services will be preferred.
