- Accept and manage all incoming orders on Swiggy, Zomato, and WhatsApp promptly.
- Ensure correct packaging and timely dispatch of orders.
- Maintain coordination with delivery partners for smooth pickups.
Food Preparation
- Prepare fruit custard bowls, juices,Fruit bowls and other menu items as per standard recipes.
- Follow hygiene and cleanliness standards in food handling.
- Ensure quality and consistency in every order.
Inventory Management
- Monitor daily stock levels of fruits, milk, containers, and packaging materials.
- Update stock-in and stock-out records manually or in the tracking app/sheet.
- Inform the manager promptly in case of low stock or expired items.
Kitchen Operations
- Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment at all times.
- Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for preparation, packing, and safety.
