About the RoleSHREEV LIVINGS is looking for a creative, experienced, and confident Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of residential interior design, technical drawings, 3D visualization, materials, and site execution.

You will be responsible for taking projects from design concept to final execution while coordinating with clients, vendors, contractors, and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed 2D layouts and working drawings using AutoCAD
- Create 3D models and realistic views using SketchUp
- Develop design concepts, furniture layouts, and material selections
- Prepare BOQs, material requirements, and project estimates
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams
- Conduct regular site visits and supervise execution
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, designs, and quality standards
- Handle projects from concept stage to final handover
- Resolve design and execution-related issues at site




- Maintain project timelines and coordinate with the team for timely completion

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in Interior Design
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Good understanding of residential interior design
- Knowledge of materials, furniture, finishes, and construction details
- Practical knowledge of site execution and vendor coordination
- Ability to prepare BOQs and working drawings
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Strong design sense and attention to detail
- Confident, responsible, and self-motivated personality
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
