Job Title:: Store Manager

Location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM

Weekly Off: One day per week

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily store operations
- Assist customers and recommend suitable products
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Handle billing, cash and digital payments
- Manage inventory and stock replenishment
- Maintain product displays and store cleanliness
- Resolve customer queries professionally
- Supervise and manage store staff
- Prepare daily sales and inventory reports
- Coordinate with the head office

Requirements:

- Experience in retail sales or store management
- Robust communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of billing, inventory and MS Excel
- Ability to manage a team and work independently
- Target-oriented, responsible and punctual
- Kannada and English are required; Hindi is preferred
- Experience with spiritual, wellness or jewellery products is an advantage

Candidates must be comfortable working on weekends and public holidays according to the retail schedule.
