Job Summary:-

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Service Technician who will be responsible for the servicing, diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and warranty-related work of scooties. The candidate will also coordinate with dealers, manage spare parts, billing, warranty replacements, and maintain accurate service and material records.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Perform servicing, inspection, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of EV 2-Wheeler vehicles/scooters.
- Identify electrical, mechanical, battery, motor, controller, wiring, and other vehicle-related issues.
- Handle routine and preventive maintenance of EV vehicles.
- Coordinate with dealers regarding service, repair, complaints, and technical issues.
- Check and verify warranty/guarantee claims as per company policies.
- Inspect defective parts and determine whether they qualify for warranty/guarantee replacement.
- Coordinate and oversee replacement of warranty parts and ensure proper servicing.
- Maintain proper records of warranty claims, replaced parts, repairs, and service history.
- Manage and monitor spare parts and service materials.
- Ensure proper issuance, usage,



and stock records of spare parts.
- Prepare and manage service-related billing and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of all vehicles serviced, repaired, parts replaced, and materials used.
- Coordinate with the service team and dealers to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Ensure all service and repair work is completed according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper handling of tools and equipment.
- Report recurring technical issues and major vehicle faults to the concerned senior/management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

- ITI/Diploma in Automobile, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field preferred.
- Experience in EV 2-Wheeler servicing and repairing will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of EV electrical and mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of battery, motor, controller, wiring, charging system, and other EV components.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Good knowledge of spare parts identification and management.
- Basic knowledge of billing, documentation, and record maintenance.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Willingness to coordinate with dealers and travel if required.
