We are looking for an experienced Senior Telecom Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of relevant experience in the telecom industry. The candidate must have completed B.Tech and possess strong knowledge of telecom site operations, project coordination, and team management.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage telecom site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Supervise field engineers, site coordinators, contractors, and vendors.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
- Coordinate civil, electrical, and telecom installation activities.
- Review site documentation, BOQs, and project reports.
- Resolve site-related issues and support timely project completion.
- Ensure proper resource planning and manpower deployment.
- Required Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of experience in the telecom industry.
- B.Tech qualification is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of telecom site operations and project coordination.
- Experience in telecom rollout, installation, and site execution.
- Good knowledge of civil and electrical works related to telecom projects.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and reporting.
- Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in handling multiple telecom projects simultaneously.
