The candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

1. Relevant FMCG Accounting Experience – Prior experience in accounting within the FMCG industry is preferred.
2. MT & E-commerce Accounting – Should be capable of independently handling Modern Trade (MT) and E-commerce accounting, with good communication skills and robust proficiency in MS Excel.
3. E-commerce Coordination – Should be capable of handling correspondence and coordination with E-commerce partners/channels.
4. Tally Prime Proficiency – Must have sound knowledge and hands-on experience in Tally Prime.
5. Interpersonal & Coordination Skills – Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external parties.
6. Attention to Detail – Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks efficiently.
7. Integrity & Professionalism – High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and responsibility in handling financial and business-related information.
