HR Recruiter / Recruitment Executive

Location: Janakpuri West, New Delhi

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 + Incentives

Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office

Key Responsibilities:

- Candidate sourcing through job portals, databases & references.
- Cold calling and candidate screening.
- Interview scheduling and candidate lineup.
- Handling walk-in interviews & hiring drives.
- Candidate follow-ups for interview, selection & joining.
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and daily reports.
- Achieving daily/weekly calling, interview & joining targets.

Required Skills:

- Valuable communication & convincing skills.
- Recruitment and candidate handling experience.
- Comfortable with cold calling and targets.
- Basic knowledge of job portals & MS Excel.
- Immediate Joiners preferred.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 + Incentives

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
