Job OverviewWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Computer Operator & MIS Executive to manage daily computer-based operations, data entry, Excel reports, sales records, inventory-related data, and other administrative tasks.

The candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel, data management, reporting, and basic computer operations with strong accuracy and attention to detail.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Update sales, purchase, inventory, stock, and customer-related data.
- Maintain Excel sheets and ensure all records are updated on time.
- Prepare sales and performance reports for management.
- Coordinate with the sales, inventory, billing, and management teams for required information.
- Verify data and identify errors or discrepancies in records.
- Maintain digital and physical documentation as required.
- Handle emails, printing, scanning, and other computer-related office work.
- Assist in preparing invoices, quotations, stock reports, and other documents when required.




- Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of company documents.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company data.
- Perform other computer and administrative tasks assigned by management.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Valuable typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of data entry and record management.
- Ability to prepare and maintain reports.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of billing/inventory software will be an advantage.
- Qualification & ExperienceMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Prior experience in computer operations, data entry, MIS, back office, billing, or retail operations will be preferred.
- Freshers with good computer and Excel knowledge can also apply.
