Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through calls, references, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
- Understand customers’ property requirements and recommend suitable options.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits with prospective clients.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant information.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.




- Negotiate and close property deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

Qualification:

- B.Com
- BBA
- MBA

Experience:

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Salary Range:

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance). + INCENTIVES
