We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller who can handle incoming customer calls, make outbound cold calls, follow up with leads, and convert enquiries into sales.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality and the ability to confidently convince customers about our KYK machines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries professionally.
- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers.
- Explain KYK machines, features, perks and pricing clearly.
- Follow up with interested customers and leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Convince customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales/conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the field sales team for customer visits and closures when required.
