- Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, inspect, maintain, and service solar power systems.
- Visit customer locations for service and technical support.
- Check solar panels, inverters, cables, connectors, batteries, and electrical components.
- Identify and troubleshoot solar system faults.
- Diagnose issues related to low generation, inverter errors, wiring, and system performance.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Check panel condition and ensure proper connections.
- Inspect DC and AC wiring and connections.
- Check inverter performance and error indications.
- Test electrical connections and equipment safely.
- Replace faulty components when required.
- Clean and inspect solar panels when necessary.
- Assist in solar system commissioning.
- Support the installation team during current solar projects.
- Ensure the system is operating safely and efficiently after service.
- Explain basic system operation and maintenance requirements to customers.




- Maintain service records and prepare service reports.
- Coordinate with the office, sales, and technical teams regarding customer complaints.
- Complete service work within the assigned schedule.
