Kolkata Bay House is looking for a friendly, energetic, and responsible Server to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced QSR workplace.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to customers professionally.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Explain menu items and offers to customers.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining/service area.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth order delivery.
- Handle customer queries and requests politely.
- Assist with billing and basic restaurant operations when required.
- Follow Kolkata Bay House’s service and hygiene standards.
Requirements
- English speaking is compulsory.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Friendly and presentable personality.
- Ability to work for 10 hours per day.
- Previous restaurant/QSR experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented.
⏰ Working Hours & Overtime
- Regular duty: 10 hours per day.
- Any work required beyond the scheduled 10 hours will be treated as overtime and paid separately as per company policy.
