We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The company specializes in the manufacturing of honey and honey-based products.

- ? Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and build relationships with new and existing clients.
- Promote and sell the company's honey products.
- Handle client enquiries, follow-ups, and negotiations.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and markets.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
- Maintain regular client follow-ups and prepare sales reports.
- ✅ Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development/Sales.
- Experience in FMCG, food, honey, or related industries will be preferred.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Good sales and lead-generation abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
