ob Profile: Telecaller

Gender: Female Only

Location: Aliganj, Lucknow

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Shift Timing: 09:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.

Follow up with interested customers and maintain proper call records.

Achieve daily calling and performance targets.

Maintain a positive and professional communication with customers.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a Telecaller or similar profile.

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Must be presentable and confident.

Good telephone etiquette and a qualified attitude.

Basic knowledge of computer and MS Office will be preferred.
