Job SummaryWe are looking for a Debt Recovery Executive who will be responsible for contacting customers, following up on outstanding payments, and ensuring timely loan/dues recovery while maintaining professional customer relationships.
- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers and follow up for pending loan payments.
- Make calls and communicate with customers regarding overdue payments.
- Explain payment details, due dates, and available payment options.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, calls, and payment status.
- Coordinate with the collection team and report daily recovery updates.
- Resolve customer queries related to outstanding payments.
- Follow company policies and professional recovery practices.
- Submit regular field visit and collection reports.
