About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition for TellX , an AI-powered customer feedback and engagement platform. The role involves meeting business owners and decision-makers, demonstrating how TellX helps companies collect real-time customer feedback through QR-code-enabled interactions, improve customer satisfaction, and gain valuable product insights.

The ideal candidate should enjoy field sales, building relationships, and closing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking.

Meet business owners, plant heads, operations managers, marketing teams, and decision-makers to present the TellX platform.

Conduct product demonstrations and explain the value proposition of QR-based customer engagement and AI-powered feedback management.

Identify customer pain points and recommend suitable TellX solutions.

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM.

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and partner referrals.

Negotiate commercial terms and close subscription-based SaaS deals.

Coordinate with the implementation and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Maintain strong post-sales relationships to encourage renewals and upselling opportunities.

Gather market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback to support product improvements.

Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

They should be self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about building long-term client relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

1–4 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, SaaS sales, software sales, or corporate sales.

Experience selling technology solutions, SaaS products, QR-based solutions, POS solutions, or digital platforms will be an added advantage.
