Job Role: Sales Officer

Location: Namakkal, Tirupattur , Raichur , Tumkur, Sangareddy, Indore,Vaishali and Cuttack

Experience: 3 years experience in LAP / Home Loan in NBFC, banks, etc

Qualification: Any Graduate

About the role: The Sales Officer is responsible for sourcing Loan Against Property business, generating leads, converting prospects, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The role involves understanding customer requirements, explaining suitable LAP solutions, and maintaining relationships with DSAs and other referral partners. The candidate will also coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams to ensure accurate documentation, faster processing, and timely disbursement.

Responsibilities:





- Source Loan Against Property business from multiple channels
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable LAP solutions
- Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations to ensure quicker TAT
- Build and maintain robust relationships with DSAs and other partners etc
- Ensure proper documentation for login as per company credit policy
- Follow up with customers and internal teams for smooth disbursement
- Achieve monthly & quarterly targets

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 experience in LAP / Home Loan in NBFC, bank Etc
- Strong knowledge of LAP products
