Choudhary Jewellers is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Sales Executive with a strong background in jewellery or retail sales. The candidate should be confident in handling customers, understanding their requirements, showcasing products, and contributing towards achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers visiting the showroom and provide excellent service.
- Understand customer requirements and showcase suitable jewellery designs and products.
- Explain product details, pricing, offers, and other relevant information clearly.
- Build solid relationships with customers and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Handle customer queries and assist them throughout the purchase process.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers when required.
- Work towards achieving individual and showroom sales targets.
- Maintain proper product display and showroom presentation.
- Coordinate with the billing and other store teams for smooth operations.
- Stay updated on jewellery designs, products, and current offers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in jewellery, retail, or relevant sales experience.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Confident, presentable, and sales-oriented personality.
- Ability to understand customer needs and close sales effectively.
- Experience in achieving sales targets will be preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
