Job SummaryWe are looking for a hardworking, responsible, and hygienic Kitchen Helper & Cleaner to support the kitchen team with food preparation, cleaning, dishwashing, and maintaining overall cleanliness of the kitchen and café area.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the chef and kitchen staff with basic food preparation.
- Wash, peel, cut, and arrange vegetables and other ingredients as instructed.
- Wash utensils, plates, equipment, and kitchen tools.
- Keep kitchen counters, floors, shelves, and equipment clean and hygienic.
- Dispose of kitchen waste properly and maintain clean dustbins.
- Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining and service areas when required.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.




- Ensure cleaning materials and kitchen areas are properly maintained.
- Support the kitchen team during busy hours and perform other duties as assigned.
- RequirementsPrevious experience in a café, restaurant, canteen, or commercial kitchen is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
- Physically fit and comfortable working on their feet for extended periods.
- Hardworking, punctual, and reliable.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Good personal hygiene and a positive attitude.

Working ConditionsThe role involves working in a busy college café workplace, including standing for long periods, handling kitchen equipment, cleaning, and assisting during peak service hours.

Salary: As per experience and suitability.
