- Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the hospital's patient flow, receptionist-led billing process, and Pay ₹0 potential.
- Align with hospital leadership, supervisors, and receptionists to ensure smooth implementation.
- Train hospital staff on:
- Pitching Pay ₹0
- Eligibility checks
- Booking processes
- Work alongside hospital staff during live operations.
- Deliver strong booking numbers during the on-the-job training phase.
- Demonstrate that the expected performance levels are achievable.
- Identify and resolve operational, behavioural, and technical challenges.
- Share key learnings, challenges, and solutions with the wider team.
- Stabilise hospital performance before handing over execution to the hospital team.
- Build ownership and accountability at the hospital level.
- Monitor performance closely after the handover.
- Provide support, retraining, and intervention whenever performance drops.
- Ensure hospitals consistently maintain the expected level of performance.
- Manage multiple hospitals across different locations, both within and outside the city.
