About ApnaLoans:

ApnaLoans is expanding its sales team and looking for energetic, target-oriented and experienced Field Sales Executives who want to build a strong career in the financial services and loan industry.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and develop new leads through field visits, references, market activities and business networking.
- Meet customers personally and understand their financial and loan requirements.
- Handle end-to-end sales activities from lead generation to loan disbursement.

Sell and promote multiple loan products including:

- Home Loan
- Personal Loan
- Business Loan
- Car Loan
- Secured & Unsecured Loans
- Develop relationships with customers, dealers, builders, DSAs and other referral partners.
- Collect and verify customer documents and coordinate for further processing.
- Follow up regularly with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth case processing.
- Identify recent market opportunities and generate quality business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.





? Who We Are Looking For:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in field sales, loan sales, banking, NBFC or financial services.
- Strong understanding of loan products and the loan process.
- Candidates with experience in Home Loan, PL, BL, Car Loan, Secured/Unsecured Loan will be highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and comfortable with target-based field work.
- Good knowledge of the Ahmedabad market will be an advantage.
- Own Two-Wheeler is mandatory.
- Valid Driving Licence required.
- Ready to travel and meet customers across Ahmedabad.
